Travel Charge

We calculate this from each event address. Travel is free within 15 miles of our Seattle depot, then $0.135 per mile.

Payment Terms & Submit

How Payment Works

All payments are made to B&B Events LLC.
When we approve your request, we email an invoice with an online payment link. A 25% non-refundable deposit locks in your date. Some events may require up to 50%.
All listed pricing reflects our standard card payment rate. A 3.5% cash/check discount is applied to final invoices paid by cash or check.
The balance is due at the completion of the event, unless other arrangements are made with us in advance.
Pay online through the payment link we email you, or pay in person at the event.
If we agree in advance to invoice you after the event, payment is due within 3 business days of receiving the invoice. Late payments incur a $25.00 fee, and balances unpaid after 30 days accrue 1% interest per month (12% per year).
Mailed checks must be received, not postmarked, within 10 business days of the invoice date.

Cancellations

Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice incurs a $150.00 cancellation fee.
Deposits are non-refundable if the event is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Discount Code

One code per booking. Each code can be used once.

I agree to the B&B Events Payment & Cancellation Terms (25% non-refundable deposit at approval, $150 fee for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, and site safety requirements), including the food, inventory and safety terms.
